We all know from interior designers how you can add interest by hanging things from the ceiling. Unfortunately, but not only can be dangerous if not done correctly, it can also be harmful if not done correctly; luckily, there are many methods that don’t end up ruining your roof in the process.
Gutter hooks can let you hang light ornaments conveniently and are easy to put up or take down when your décor changes frequently.
Adhesive hooks
There is also the use of adhesive hooks to hang decorations from the ceiling. Various designs and sizes available with most adorned with release tabs for easy removal. Fishing line
Fishing line comes in many colors, you can also use this line to suspend decor items from your ceiling. It’s also useful for hanging christmas ornaments by screwing ceiling screw hooks where you want your ornaments to go, and wrapping ribbon or fishing line around them, then anchoring with screw pins – grippy than regular pushpins but prettier than those too.
You will need fishing line, crimp tubes and pliers to make a hanging centerpiece. Cut two equally lengthening lines of fishing line, tie ends with crimp tubes, and mount on wooden dowel.
The wings of the binder clip is set against the ceiling and one fishing line end goes into it so a sign or thing can slip directly in its centre.
